1. Overview
CAAQIT provides web-based software services, AI solutions, and digital consulting. Due to the nature of our digital services and the value created through AI training, machine learning models, and custom algorithms, our return policy reflects the non-returnable nature of these deliverables.
2. Digital Services
2.1 Custom AI/ML Development
- No refunds for completed AI training, machine learning models, or algorithm development
- No refunds for delivered digital services that cannot be "returned" to us
- Partial refunds may be considered only for projects cancelled before substantial work begins
- Full refund if we fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeline due to our fault
2.2 Consultation Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted
- Knowledge, insights, and recommendations provided cannot be "returned"
- Full refund if consultation is cancelled by us within 24 hours of scheduled time
- Rescheduling allowed once without penalty if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
3. Web-Based Services & Subscriptions
3.1 SaaS Platforms
- Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods when cancelled
- 30-day free trial available for most web-based services
- No refunds for completed training or setup services
4. Conditions for Refunds
4.1 Eligible Reasons
- Service fails to meet documented specifications
- Project cancelled by client before work commencement
- Service delivery failure due to CAAQIT's fault
- Duplicate payment processing errors
4.2 Non-Eligible Reasons
- Change of mind after service delivery has begun
- Client's inadequate internet connectivity or browser issues
- Third-party integration failures beyond our control
- Digital services already delivered (AI training, ML models, algorithms)
- Consultation services already conducted
- Custom development work that has been completed
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request
- Contact us at refunds@caaqit.com with your request
- Provide order/project number and reason for refund
- Include supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
5.2 Processing Time
- Review Period: 5-7 business days
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Refunds processed to original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for bank transfers
6. Subscription Cancellations
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No partial refunds for monthly plans
6.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Pro-rated refund for unused months (minimum 3-month retention)
- No cancellation fees applied
- Request must be made in writing
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

- Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- We'll review within 10 business days
- Final decisions will be communicated in writing
